Front Desk Lead Coordinator

to join our team at Jean Paul Salons. This role will include some management responsibilities, along with Front Desk responsibilities. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, spa environment. We are looking for candidates to fulfill a full-time role. Weekdays and some weekends required. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they step through the door. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist clients with inquiries about services, scheduling, and pricing. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our booking system; manage appointments and calendar for multiple stylists and therapists. Provide information about our services, products, and promotions, offering recommendations based on client needs and preferences. Check in clients for their appointments, handle intake forms, and ensure any special requests are communicated to the appropriate service providers. Process payments, handle cash, and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area, ensuring the space is inviting and professional at all times. Ensure that the waiting area is stocked with reading materials, beverages, and other amenities, maintaining a calm, relaxing environment. Manage inventory of retail products, track product sales, and assist in restocking shelves. Assist with client satisfaction, addressing concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with the salon team to ensure seamless transitions between appointments and efficient service delivery. Promote and sell salon/spa memberships, packages, and retail products. Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a salon, spa, or customer service environment is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor. Comfortable working with scheduling and point-of-sale systems (experience with salon/spa software is a plus). Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining an independent, proactive approach to tasks. Knowledge of beauty and wellness services is a plus but not required. Benefits:
