Overview

HARTING seeks Global Technical Program Manager (Hybrid; based in Elgin, Illinois) to lead the execution of a complex, high-impact program which spans across the globe. This role is responsible for managing a rapidly growing portfolio of NPI and development projects—from technical specification through delivery—ensuring alignment with customer expectations, internal capabilities, and strategic growth targets. The ideal candidate will bring deep program management expertise, technical fluency in power and mechanical systems, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for this global data center customer on all program execution matters. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, quality, and commercial functions to deliver on-time, in-scope, and within-budget results. Translate customer requirements into executable project plans, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and reliability standards. Manage a portfolio that has grown from 6 to 36 projects in under two years, with revenue targets quadrupling from FY23 to FY26. Drive alignment across global and regional teams, including coordination with Regional Project Managers, Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Operations. Monitor and report on KPIs such as delivery performance, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction. Support strategic planning and capacity forecasting in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Travel up to 20% to support global coordination and customer engagement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data center infrastructure, power systems, or high-tech manufacturing. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site programs with global stakeholders. Strong understanding of data center technologies, including rPDUs, busbar trunking, and AI-driven hardware demands. PMP or equivalent certification. Benefits

Compensation:

HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage. This role is eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus. Benefits:
