Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and is flexible to work in other areas. Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and seasonal productions; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld technology to make immediate decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives the performance of the area; manages high exposure and expectations; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; assists customers according to company policies and procedures. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member\'s experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; maintains high standards of quality and energy, commitment, and passion. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follows the Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; seeks continual improvement. Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) Preferred: Experience with fresh food Benefits and additional information

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
