5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or practice management, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare environment Proven success in managing operational initiatives and delivering measurable growth outcomes Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs under tight timelines Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Preferred Qualifications
