Responsibilities
Lead execution of all tasks related to Training Center Support, Data Analysis, Regional Virtual Training, and Sustainable Range Program
Oversee a distributed team and develop staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies
Utilize data analysis tools for program reporting and recommendations
Monitor compliance metrics and mitigate associated risks
Act as primary liaison with military stakeholders for program support and coordination
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in ARNG training support and U.S. Army training operations
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Resource Management (IRM)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance
Proven leadership experience in federal contracting environments
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Program Manager on ARNG or DoD training/range contracts
Familiarity with Synthetic Training Environment (STE) and One World Terrain (OWT)
Experience with federal acquisition processes and regulations
Advanced knowledge of Army training and property accountability regulations
