Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to propose practical solutions
Experience working with product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive improvements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in fintech, financial services, or customer operations
Familiarity with automation, digital servicing tools, and AI-assisted operations
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and presenting insights to leadership
Passion for simplifying complexity and helping teams understand their impact on the company

Salary up to $154,000
