We’re looking for a
curious, data-obsessed, and creative E-Commerce & Growth Manager
to own our DTC channel and drive digital revenue growth. You’ll manage our Shopify site end-to-end — from on-site experience and conversion optimization to paid media strategy that drives high-quality traffic and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the DTC channel
Manage daily operations of our Shopify site — merchandising, product launches, promotional campaigns, and landing pages.
Maintain a seamless, high-converting shopping experience with attention to UX, speed, and storytelling.
Partner with Marketing to translate brand campaigns into digital experiences that convert.
Drive customer acquisition and conversion
Plan and optimize
paid media campaigns
(Meta, Google, Amazon DSP) to drive qualified traffic to our site.
Continuously test creative, audiences, and offers to improve CAC and ROAS.
Collaborate with our creative team and agencies to produce and iterate on high-performing ad content.
Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Design and run experiments to improve conversion — product page layouts, bundles, offers, and checkout flow.
Use analytics and heat mapping tools to uncover friction points and opportunities.
Own KPI dashboards and provide weekly insights on performance (traffic, CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV).
Lifecycle & retention
Partner with the CRM agency to enhance retention through email, SMS, loyalty, and post-purchase experiences.
Segment audiences and leverage data to improve repeat rate and customer LTV.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Operations to ensure inventory availability and accurate fulfillment timelines.
Align with Customer Experience to identify friction points and improve satisfaction.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
4–7 years of experience in
e-commerce or growth marketing , ideally within CPG, beauty, or personal care.
Proven success managing and scaling a
Shopify (or Shopify Plus)
storefront.
Hands‑on experience with
paid media platforms
(Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon DSP) — you can run campaigns or confidently direct agencies.
Strong grasp of
analytics
(GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar) and an ability to turn data into insights.
Curiosity and creativity to
test, learn, and iterate
— from ad creative to landing page flow.
Excellent project management skills — thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings with multiple moving parts.
