Delivery Consultant - AI/ML, WWPS ProServe
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives, driving customer success throughout the cloud journey.
Key Job Responsibilities
Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS tailored to customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, with a focus on using AWS AI/ML services.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in software development and cloud‑based solutions (AWS or equivalent).
Experience in software development with an object‑oriented language.
3+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions (e.g., for training, fine‑tuning, and inference).
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Professional level certification.
Proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation).
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python).
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
