What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain data pipelines, creating reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Serve as the marketing operations contact, collaborating with sales operations for audience segmentation
Manage technical aspects of marketing systems used for lead generation and reporting
Translate business requirements into actionable audience targeting strategies
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing insights to drive business outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a decision/data scientist/analyst, data engineer, or software engineer focused on marketing
B.S. / M.S. in a relevant or quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics
Proven ability to build effective relationships with key business stakeholders
Experience in building operational dashboards and automated reporting
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with R, Python, SAS, or other statistical programming languages
Proficiency with databases and data retrieval, including SQL, Snowflake, Spark, and REST APIs
