Production Scheduler
to join our team in our newly renovated facility in Wichita, Kansas (9800 W. York). We manufacture industrial clutches and brakes and provide critical components to the growing wind power industry. What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Coordinate and sequence production, managing the full workflow across the Machine Shop, Engineering, Assembly, and Purchasing departments.
Systematize the review of work schedules and ensure timely delivery and monitoring of raw materials and inventory to maintain continuous operations.
Monitor job order execution, proactively prioritize tasks, and adjust production schedules to guarantee on‑time delivery commitments.
Effectively use inventory management software to maintain accuracy and control material movement throughout the production cycle.
We Provide Stability
Schedule: Consistent full‑time, first‑shift hours (closing at 4:30 PM).
Compensation: Pay will be discussed during the interview process, based on experience.
Benefits: Paid Employee Health Insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and the possibility of overtime earnings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant scheduling experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge: Must possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and excellent organizational skills. Manufacturing industry experience is a significant plus.
Systems: Proficiency in using inventory management and scheduling software (E2).
Candidates must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
