Shift Manager Position: Shift Manager – Starting at $15 per hour with experience.

Location: McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer; McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment decisions.

Description Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Duties include planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions, overseeing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to aid in transition and consistency.

Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule, a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment, and must be 18 years or older.
