Shift Manager at McDonald's
We're looking for a Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Plan each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards, and monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand off shift information and help prepare them.
Assist assigned Departments in meeting their goals.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned restaurants.
Strong internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training skills.
