Job Description ProSidian seeks a
Compensation Program Act Project Management Specialist [DOE0068067]
for program support on a contingent contract basis (Exempt W2; no overtime pay) located across the CONUS, with a focus in Richland, Washington. Supports the DOE EM Hanford environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
We seek candidates with relevant Environmental Management sector experience to support DOE and similar clients. The role is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) oversight and general support services under Job Task Category 02 Assistant Manager for Business & Procurement. ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time, employed W-2 position.
Responsibilities
Data compilation, compliance reporting, and claims tracking. Provides services for Program Office #02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement (Task #02.08) with support in Finance & Budget, Procurement/Contract Administration, Workforce Management & Training, Business Support, and Audit Coordination.
Oversees project management, compliance, and records handling to ensure effective claims and program implementation, data management, and cross-program communication.
Location: Pacific Northwest Region near CONUS Richland, WA; on-site at 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520, Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change; some remote work allowed).
Qualifications Desired Qualifications
for the Compensation Program Act Project Management Specialist (DOE0068067) include 4–7+ years of compliance/data experience; DOE/EEOICPA experience is helpful.
Education / Experience
BA/BS or equivalent experience; 4–7+ years of compliance/data experience; DOE/EEOICPA helpful. This role supports Oversight And General Support Services under Job Task Category 02 Assistant Manager for Business & Procurement.
