ProSidian Seeks a Facility Operations Specialist [DOE0081080] for Program Support on an exempt W2: No Overtime Pay basis contract contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Facility Operations Specialist candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This position may be Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services under Job Task Category 03 Assistant Manager for Mission Support (AMMS). Provide services and support as a Facility Operations Specialist for General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH. Location generally in CONUS - Richland, WA and across the Pacific Northwest Region. Mission support services enhance infrastructure, operations, and logistics—driving safe, reliable, and efficient Hanford performance. Responsibilities and Duties

Perform facility walkdowns, review operations logs, coordinate maintenance. Provide services and support for Program Office #03 Assistant Manager for Mission Support (AMMS) under Job Task #03.06 — Facility Operations Specialist with supporting functions for Hanford Sitewide Mission Support Activities, programmatic technical support, project controls, cybersecurity analyst support, IT equipment administration support, and security support. Manage customer service, building operations, security access, emergency programs, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient facility management for HFO. Support on-site delivery of risk, safety, and compliance requirements in a field-based environment; travel as required. The role is located in the Pacific Northwest Region near Richland, Washington (HFO). Work site address: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change or remote work as approved). Qualifications

Desired Qualifications 7–10+ years of facility operations oversight; DOE experience is helpful.

Job tasks include a broad spectrum of support responsibilities; staffing levels may vary by up to +/-15% during performance. Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance. Security requirements: facility clearance; DOE clearance if required for classified work. Place of performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA. Government-furnished resources: on-site office space, computers, and required software; primarily on-site with some remote support as approved. Other Field-based role; PPE required.
