The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to fulfill the responsibilities of this role. Responsibilities
Client & Service Expert : Achieves individual sales goals. Develops strong product knowledge across all categories. Delivers exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate kate spade experience. Develops a personal connection with guests through effective selling skills. Leadership Presence : Achieves personal sales goals. Maintains extensive product knowledge. Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and to initiate business-driving events in store. Building Brand Equity : Understands and communicates the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, philosophy and lifestyle to the sales team and customers. Builds strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador. Communicates client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to improve client service and sales. Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity. Operational Excellence : Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures including counting funds, deposits, and securing the facility. Qualifications
Minimum
2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Strong communication skills. Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture. Elevated sense of personal style. Physical Requirements
Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends. Standing for extended periods. Able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders. Our Competencies for All Employees

BASE PAY RANGE: $15.00 TO $17.50 HOURLY General Description of All Benefits: Health benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance and disability insurance.
