Senior Sales Associate Join the Kate Spade New York team as a Senior Sales Associate, where you will utilize your retail expertise to exceed sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales targets.

Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.

Deliver exemplary customer service and the Kate Spade experience.

Build personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.

Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture.

Initiate business‑driving events in store.

Communicate client feedback to store leadership to improve service and sales.

Maintain brand aesthetics and philosophy in all customer interactions.

Supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register count, bank deposits, and facility security.

Qualifications

Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Strong communication skills.

Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.

Elevated sense of personal style.

Physical Requirements

Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Stay standing for extended periods.

Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable climbing ladders.

Compensation BASE PAY RANGE: $15.00 – $15.00 (minimum wage, subject to local regulations).
