Customer Experience Associate
Location: West Hollywood Store Status: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal Compensation: $20.00-$21.00/hr + Commission(s)* Position Summary
The Kith Customer Experience Associate operates as the customer’s concierge throughout their in-store experience. They specialize in all areas of the store’s operations to provide best‑in‑class service to all customers and clients. The Associate wears multiple hats and is the ultimate team player, greeting customers, operating registers, and supporting operations & visual teams. Working under the direction of the Manager on duty, the Associate adapts quickly as the needs of the business change and contributes to the customer’s experience from beginning to end. Responsibilities
Communicate with the Management team for overall responsibilities and directions on projects and tasks. Greet, assist, and provide best‑in‑class customer service to all Kith customers. Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients receive genuine and efficient service during and after their store experience. Efficiently complete cashier responsibilities including cash handling, processing returns, and Mobile POS transactions. Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service at the registers. Partner with the Management team to execute action plans in the most efficient way possible. Display expertise and familiarity of product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store/company strategies. Efficiently complete assigned tasks during each shift, scheduled before, during, and after the store’s hours of operation. Assist in completion and accuracy of operational tasks as business needs. Support sales floor replenishment, stockroom organization, and upkeep of visual standards. Partner with Management and Visual teams to maintain a visually appealing sales floor and ensure brand visual standards are met. Properly communicate sell‑through to ensure product availability. Adhere to all company policy and procedures, including availability & scheduling needs. Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities (dusting, sweeping, trash collection, and other standard retail tasks). Special Projects/Tasks
Aid during any Visual initiatives, as needed. Aid in the execution of cycle counts, physical inventories, or other inventory management tasks as required by the business. Requirements
Open & flexible availability, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases as the business requires. 1+ year(s) experience in a retail sales position. 1+ year(s) in customer service roles, preferred but not required. 1+ year(s) in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods, preferred but not required. Skills & Abilities
Efficient time management skills. Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects at once. Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift and move 25 lbs. Ability to perform standard tasks related to retail operations, including bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools. Professional Characteristics
