Beaver Chevrolet of Jacksonville is seeking driven, personable, and highly organized Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to join our Sales BDC team. As the first point of contact for many of our potential and current sales customers, you will play a critical role in delivering the kind of “Wow‑Ya!” experience that sets us apart. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on creating connections, enjoys speaking with new people, and is motivated by setting and exceeding goals.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to internet inquiries for sales in a prompt, professional manner
Make outbound follow‑up calls, texts, and emails to sales leads from marketing campaigns, online platforms, and past showroom traffic
Schedule showroom appointments and confirm customer visits for the sales team; coordinate test drives and vehicle availability
Accurately input and manage customer and vehicle data in the CRM
Communicate with sales specialists to ensure a smooth handoff and positive customer experience
Follow up with no‑show appointments, unsold sales leads, and recent buyers for satisfaction and retention opportunities
Engage with customers via phone, email, text, and chat in a timely and friendly manner; provide status updates and set clear expectations
Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction
Qualifications
Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check
Previous call center, customer service, or dealership experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confidence with technology, CRM systems, and scheduling tools; comfortable multi‑tasking across platforms
High energy, outgoing personality, and a results‑driven mindset
Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and goal‑oriented
