Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. Proactively uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, cultivating heightened safety awareness. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and provide analysis and recommendations to management. Facilitate open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred). 1+ year of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred). 1+ year of logistics industry experience (preferred). Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred). Experience with SAP is a plus. Location & Culture
