Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position. Join Firestone Complete Auto Care and invest in your career as a Maintenance Technician. Full and part‑time benefits are available from day one, including a tool program with discounts. Pay range: $12.80 – $19.20.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.

Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.

Install and perform tire maintenance, batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.

Road‑test vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Valid automobile driver's license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.

Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Reading, writing, and math skills.
