Position Regional Distribution Supervisor – Brazil/Mexico
Base Pay Range $70,000.00 / yr – $90,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
Manage all Latin America 3PL DC operations: inbound, storage, outbound, and returns.
Ensure KPIs (dock‑to‑stock, cycle time, UPH, cost/unit) are achieved.
Partner with 3PLs on execution, improvement, and SOP adherence.
Balance inventory and service between DCs.
Implement new systems and automation initiatives.
Manage site budgets, staffing, and safety compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, or industrial management.
7–10 years of warehouse/DC management experience (multi‑channel preferred).
Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
Proven experience managing 3PLs and improving KPIs.
Deep knowledge of labor models, safety, and continuous improvement.
Bilingual—fluent in at least two of English, Spanish, and Portuguese; all three is a plus.
