We are seeking a Shop Foreman to join company. You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers in our Millwork & Moulding Departments. Oversight of Shipping/Receiving, and general maintenance of equipment will also be required. Job Description
We are seeking a Shop Foreman to join company. You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers in our Millwork & Moulding Departments. Oversight of Shipping/Receiving, and general maintenance of equipment will also be required.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams Implementation of Lean principles Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Organize scheduled deliveries and oversee loading/unloading of materials
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields Knowledge of production tools and equipment Strong leadership qualities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
