Coordinate planning, logistics, and communication across multiple workstreams such as onboarding and leadership enablement Maintain program trackers, project plans, team calendars, and status updates Prepare key communications and artifacts, including pre-reads and stakeholder summaries Support the launch and delivery of learning experiences in partnership with program leads Track key milestones and deliverables, surfacing blockers and facilitating solutions What is Required (Qualifications)
4-6 years of experience in program or project management or operations, ideally in fast-paced environments Strong planning, prioritization, and documentation skills to clarify cross-functional work Experience with program infrastructure, including timelines and governance cadences Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and Airtable Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
