Responsibilities

Lead and innovate the executive talent review process, providing actionable insights for succession planning

Measure and report on succession planning effectiveness and talent pipeline health

Oversee executive coaching programs, monitoring progress and measuring outcomes

Design and refine high-potential leadership programs, ensuring alignment with business strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology trends into talent management initiatives

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead executive talent initiatives with measurable impact

Experience partnering with and influencing executive leadership

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Expertise in learning and program design for executive audiences

Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Asana, and GSuite

Preferred Qualifications

Coaching and assessment certifications

Background in talent and leadership assessments, including 360 feedback and psychometrics

Experience experimenting with AI and scalable tech solutions for talent management
