Assistant Manager Company : McDonald's (franchisee-operated restaurant)

Responsibilities

Manage shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every customer visit.

Lead and oversee assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.

Set performance goals, delegate tasks to team members, and follow up on task completion.

Report results and operational updates to the General Manager and the broader restaurant management team.

Collaborate with the Guest Service Department to deliver high‑quality customer experience, execute sales and product promotions, and train service staff.

Partner with the Kitchen Department to ensure timely, safe, and high‑quality food delivery and maintain food cost control.

Work with the People Department to hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.

Positive team player with flexible scheduling availability.

Must be 18 years or older.

Salary Starting at $45,000–$55,000 per year, with up to $400 monthly bonus.
