This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to management.
Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and keep the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.
Kitchen Department Manager: ensure delivery of high‑quality food quickly, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items.
People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate crew throughout their tenure.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for the fast‑paced McDonald's environment.
Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
