$100,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Our client is seeking an Associate Vice President of Financial Regulatory Reporting to oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory filings for multiple legal entities. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to lead critical reporting initiatives and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. This is a hybrid position based in Manhattan, NY. The selected candidate will work two to three days per week onsite, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the time. Job Function

Prepare or review daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual and ad‑hoc regulatory reports, including but not limited to Federal Reserve reports (e.g., FR Y‑15, FR Y‑9C, FFIEC 031, FFIEC 002, FFIEC 009, FFIEC 019, FR2644, FR2900), Department of Treasury reports (TIC Reports), and Department of Commerce reports (e.g., BE‑605, BE‑15, BE‑125) with the ability to interpret the relevant regulatory instructions. Reconcile reporting data to the General Ledger (GL), validate static data, and perform variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide support for the governance function of regulatory reporting. Monitor regulatory and accounting standard changes and ensure timely incorporation of updates into the firm’s regulatory reporting processes. Maintain and update procedural documentation to reflect new and existing regulatory requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance. Track assigned tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met with a high level of accuracy and quality. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including finance, risk, operations, and compliance teams. Job Requirements

4–8 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or a related field within the banking industry. Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting is preferred. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are preferred. Experience with regulatory reporting tools such as Axiom is preferred. Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Alteryx or Power BI is preferred. Working knowledge of regulatory reporting or financial reporting (US GAAP).
