This Shift Manager role is with a McDonald’s franchise restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters.
Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during each visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks that may include planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting target goals during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their objectives.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
