Job Summary
Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and responsible for all employment matters.
Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security and profitability.
Plan shifts, monitor performance, take corrective actions, meet McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
Help departments meet their goals and meet targets during shifts.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player, flexible schedule, passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
