$128,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr Location

San Francisco or New York (remote not specified). Responsibilities

Own the HR operations function, building an inclusive, scalable, best-in-class employee experience that centers efficiency, compliance, and equity. Be a key builder of the People Operations function at a scaling SaaS company. Lead the design and execution of HR programs that directly impact employee engagement, performance, and culture. Partner with leaders across the company to ensure our people processes support growth and compliance across CA, NY, TX, and beyond. Manage HR operations end-to-end, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle. Administer and optimize the HRIS (BambooHR) and maintain accurate employee files and HR data reporting. Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating across People Ops, IT, and hiring managers. Oversee benefits administration, annual renewals, and leaves of absence. Run engagement surveys and administer performance review cycles. Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion. Partner with leaders to deliver training and development programs for managers and employees. Maintain the employee handbook and ensure policies are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws. Manage immigration cases in partnership with outside counsel. Track HR metrics and provide insights to leadership. Contribute to building scalable processes and mentor junior team members. Demonstrate commitment towards our company values and promote the day-to-day practices associated with building a stronger company culture. Create and implement manager and employee training programs that foster learning and development across Dealpath. Input compensation changes and partner with accounting on payroll. Requirements / Qualifications

7+ years of experience in People Operations/HR, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth company. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification. Strong knowledge of California and/or New York employment law. Experience with BambooHR, 15Five, Culture Amp, Google Apps, or similar tools. Proficiency with data analysis.
