LOCATION

Onsite in Charlotte NC, starting between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

This position ensures accurate, timely cash collection and plays a critical role in improving the overall health of customer accounts.

Partners closely with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and drive account resolution.

Provides meaningful recommendations to leadership to strengthen processes and minimize payment delays.

Directly impacts working capital performance and customer satisfaction through diligent order-to-cash management.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

At least 2 years of experience in billing, commercial accounts receivable, or cash applications.

Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical capabilities.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
