What you’ll do
Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed.
Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; understands and plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner: Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team-oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress; identifies and addresses improvement opportunities; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
