Marshall Health Network is seeking an experienced and motivated
Manager of Supply Chain Operations
to lead and optimize the planning, acquisition, inventory management, and distribution of medical supplies across Cabell Huntington Hospital and affiliated clinics. This key leadership role ensures the seamless delivery of materials that support the care and safety of our patients, staff, and community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of supply chain functions including inventory, PAR locations, and surgical supply oversight.
Supervise and mentor supply chain staff, ensuring high performance, training, and compliance with procedures.
Maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor usage trends, and oversee ordering processes.
Manage product recalls, vendor relationships, and receiving operations.
Coordinate emergency supply preparedness (e.g., pandemic response, PPE readiness).
Collaborate with department heads and participate in product evaluation committees.
Ensure accurate payroll, compliance with record retention policies, and adherence to safety standards.
Engage in community outreach and represent MHN in key events and initiatives.
