in Cleveland, Ohio. We are seeking a professional who demonstrates strong industry knowledge, high levels of customer service, and a drive to contribute to our growing industrial real estate portfolio across the United States. What You Will Do
Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly and that services comply with policies, procedures, regulations, contractual obligations, and standards. Conduct periodic property inspections and recommend or approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning as necessary. Contract for and supervise vendor services as required. Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and conduct space walk-throughs with tenants. Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances. Collect rent and pay expenses in accordance with lease terms. Prepare legal notices as required and coordinate legal actions when necessary. Review and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges. Provide lease analysis for client review and approval. Document settlements and notify affected parties. Support property sales by overseeing due diligence processes and monitoring the activity of outside brokers. Develop business relationships through membership and participation in professional, industry/trade, and civic organizations. What We Offer
