Maintain properties to ensure safety, comfort, and quality for residents. Perform routine inspections and hands-on maintenance tasks as assigned. Qualifications
Technical degree in related field or an equivalent amount of training or experience. 1-2 years in multifamily maintenance, construction or equivalent Basic knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing EPA 608 and CPO a plus, but not required Basic computer and communication skills Voluntary self-identification and related federal contractor information are omitted to focus on the role and essential requirements.
