Maintenance Technician II , you'll be the go‑to expert keeping our properties in top‑notch condition. From knocking out work workers to handling routine inspections, your hands‑on skills will help create a safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained home for our residents.

Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8am-5pm

Education and Certifications
Technical degree in related field or an equivalent amount of training or experience.
1-2 years in multifamily maintenance, construction or equivalent
Basic knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
EPA 608 and CPO a plus, but not required
Basic computer and communication skills
