As Pricing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitability and market share for Del City. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, and Product—you’ll lead pricing strategy and data analytics initiatives that optimize gross margin, enhance online conversions, and respond dynamically to market trends. Essential Functions: Design and execute pricing strategies that balance conversion growth, margin optimization, and competitive positioning Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and competitor pricing to inform tactical decisions Build predictive models to forecast demand, assess price elasticity, and evaluate margin impact Manage supplier price increases to minimize margin erosion and guide SKU rationalization and resourcing efforts Leverage online market research to refine pricing for improved eCommerce performance Develop dashboards and tools to monitor market trends and product performance metrics Maintain and audit standard and special price lists with precision; prepare impact files for customer communications Identify strategic opportunities through industry and market analysis Address pricing-related inquiries and concerns from internal stakeholders Support Sales by evaluating and approving special pricing requests outside standard parameters Required Qualifications: 5-7 years in ecommerce, pricing strategy or data analytics roles 2-3 years in a B2B environment, managing digital commerce platforms or pricing models Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into pricing strategies Demonstrated success in developing and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue and margin growth Experience with a large catalog / e-commerce retailer / wholesaler is preferred Preferred Qualifications: Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to diverse teams Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel power-user, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint) Experience with ORACLE 11i is preferred Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Travel Requirements: 0-10% Working Conditions: Office environment; hybrid schedule The anticipated pay range for this position is $72,000 to $115,300 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
