Join Our Team as a Customer-Focused Property Manager at The Rosemary in Humble, TX!
Our residents experience exceptional living at The Rosemary where they find luxury one-, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes in Humble, TX. The Rosemary brings an elevated sense of style and luxury to the Lake Houston area. Our spacious homes boast elegant, curated features including chef inspired gourmet kitchens with quartz/stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryers, walk-in closets with wood shelving, and wood style flooring. Our residents enjoy a full suite of amenities including a resort-style swimming pool with tanning ledge, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor golf simulator, business lounge with co-work space, attached and detached garages, and a bark park that our residents' pets love.

What You’ll Do:
Maximize Property Performance:
Achieve outstanding operational and financial results through effective cost control, revenue growth, and innovative solutions. Dig into the Financials:
Prepare and evaluate annual budgets and monthly variance reports, delivering clear and actionable insights to owners and leadership. Optimize Leasing & Marketing:
Drive high occupancy rates with competitive pricing strategies and creative marketing initiatives. Collaborate & Lead:
Develop annual marketing plans in partnership with owners, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives. Tenant Relations:
Build strong relationships with residents and commercial tenants by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing concerns promptly. Ensure Excellence:
Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards to maintain a pristine and functional environment. Foster Team Success:
Train, motivate, and guide staff to excel in leasing, operations, and customer service. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Property Management Experience:
3+ years of experience and proven success managing market rate residential properties. Financial Expertise:
Proven experience in developing and managing annual property budgets, including operating, payroll, and CAPEX expenses, as well as preparing and reviewing monthly variance reports. Specialized Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of property management, tenant/landlord laws, and leasing practices. Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom, and property management software (Yardi preferred). Problem-Solver:
Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Customer-Focused:
Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming community. Flexible & Reliable:
