Maintain and administer the HRIS Workday system Provide support for system configuration, reporting, and security Troubleshoot and resolve HR systems issues Assist in system launches, enhancements, and changes Handle Level 2 and 3 HR applications tickets What is Required (Qualifications):

3-4 years of hands-on experience with Workday, specifically in HCM, Security, Reporting, and Advance Compensation Proficiency in creating ad-hoc reports using spreadsheets Strong attention to detail and result-oriented mindset Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to exercise good judgment Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Strong communication and customer service skills Experience working in a collaborative team environment Enthusiasm, drive, and a desire to learn and grow Strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience in a global, fast-paced, high-growth organization How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
