What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support day‑to‑day Workday operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes and troubleshooting across various HR modules
Ensure accurate and consistent people data across systems while supporting compliance and audit efforts
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
Act as a trusted resource for employee inquiries regarding Workday and assist in creating learning resources for users
Document workflows, configuration decisions, and system changes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field
1+ year of experience working with Workday or other major HRIS platforms
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Clear communicator with problem‑solving skills and a desire to support others
Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience supporting Workday operations or configuration
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and comfort working with data
Experience in a fast‑paced, scaling, or fintech environment
Demonstrated initiative and ownership in developing people technology skills
