Our client seeks a dynamic professional to oversee their facilities' operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in a fast‑paced environment. This role involves strategic planning and daily management of both manufacturing and non‑manufacturing departments.
Base Pay Range $97,000.00/yr – $138,000.00/yr
Core Responsibilities
Manage facilities maintenance, repairs, and operations for campus, manufacturing, and office sites.
Lead projects, equipment installations, and utility modifications.
Plan and optimize site space for equipment and office layouts.
Ensure safety, cost‑effectiveness, and quality in all facility operations.
Maintain compliance with internal and external standards, including ISO and safety regulations.
Drive competitive bidding processes for outsourced services.
Oversee facility projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Establish metrics to track maintenance costs and improve efficiencies.
Manage and develop facilities personnel, including hiring and performance evaluations.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective departmental interfacing.
Manage departmental budgets and ensure financial goals are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in facility engineering.
Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing setting with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Proficient in managing facilities equipment systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Strong organizational, supervisory, and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and security procedures.
Experience in office and facility design, engineering, and construction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and financial management skills.
Willingness to travel 10% – 20%, including for training purposes.
