Signage Customer Service

ChicagoSigns.com is looking for someone with experience in signage to join the team. This will be a client-facing position, so the right candidate will have experience with signage materials, builds, installations, and a background in customer service. Responsibilities Follow signage leads and communicate with customers about potential projects, guiding them through the process and explaining materials, installation techniques, and project requirements. Manage art (not create), quote with vendors, and determine project scopes based on client needs and manufacturing constraints. Coordinate installations, shipping, and logistics. Preferred Skillset Ability to work independently and in a team. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator preferred. Ability to read and create basic construction drawings. Knowledge of signage materials and additive manufacturing techniques. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and technical discussions with manufacturers and installers. Vendor sourcing and quoting experience; existing industry vendor knowledge a plus.
