$13.00 to $24.50 per hour
This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

The ability to earn unlimited commission above your hourly base rate.
VACATION: One week of paid vacation after six months, additional week after one year, and two weeks on each subsequent anniversary, adjusted per local laws.

Position Overview Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, recruitment, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities
Foster a customer-centric environment.
Train and develop staff.
Recruit top talent.
Manage store opening/closing and asset protection.
Handle inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with standards and policies.
Monitor loan processes and store standards.
Participate in self-development and communicate effectively with staff.
Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
Minimum Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Effective supervision skills.
Work with firearms and obtain certification.
Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Computer literacy and cash handling experience.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Bilingual applicants encouraged.
Commission Plan Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, details provided during interview.
