$17.00 to $25.00 per hour
This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

The best working hours in the business. Most stores open at 9AM and close at 6PM; many stores are closed on Sundays.

The ability to earn unlimited commission above your hourly base rate.
VACATION: One week of paid vacation after six months of full-time service, with additional vacation time after one year and on each anniversary.

Position Summary Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team development, financial goals, and customer satisfaction. Offers hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities of a Store Management Trainee
Foster a customer-centric environment, address issues promptly.
Train and develop staff, recruit top talent.
Manage store opening/closing, cash, and inventory control.
Analyze financial statements to meet goals.
Ensure compliance with operational standards.
Monitor loan processes and store performance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
Effective supervision skills, ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED.
Flexible schedule, capable of working 45+ hours/week.
Computer literacy, cash handling experience, strong organizational skills.
Bilingual applicants encouraged.
Commission Plan Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, details provided during interview.
Note: Pay rates will meet local minimum wage laws. Employment is contingent upon agreement to arbitration and other policies.
