Procurement & Logistics Analyst
to manage our purchasing, product, and logistics functions. You will handle supplier management, purchasing administration, logistics coordination, pricing analysis, process improvement, and more. This role is ideal for someone who flourishes in a fast-paced, multifaceted position— and who is excited to grow with the company. Source products and suppliers, request quotes, negotiate pricing and terms Maintain and update supplier and sales price sheets and agreements Manage purchase orders—create review for accuracy, and update in the system Oversee supplier payments, review invoices, troubleshoot discrepancies, and track supplier credits Assist with onboarding new suppliers and products International Logistics & Shipping Coordination
Manage inbound import shipping processes, including freight forwarding, carrier booking, tracking, and troubleshooting delays Monitor customs documentation for accuracy, including commercial invoices, packing lists, customs entries and duty payments, import/export compliance Track and consolidate shipments to optimize freight costs and meet delivery timelines Audit and reconcile freight and customs invoices Coordinate packing methods, weights, and measures to ensure accurate quoting and shipping calculations Product & Cost Analysis
Benchmark pricing within the supply chain and against competitors Support product development, sourcing alternatives, and implementing quality improvements Maintain and analyze product cost, pricing, and margin data Assist with processing custom quotes or making recommendations for brand standard pricing agreements Collaborate on quality control issue resolution with suppliers and internal teams Data Management & Reporting
Maintain purchasing and inventory records in ERP and related systems Analyze inventory trends and make forecast suggestions Prepare and analyze purchasing, freight, and margin reports for management review Work in a paperless environment, ensuring files and records are organized and accessible Required Skills & Abilities
Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills Understanding of purchasing, supply chain, and logistics processes (domestic & international) Familiarity with international trade compliance, shipping platforms (UPS, DHL, FedEx), and international documentation requirements Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborate with team members of other departments with a unified understanding of the companies and our customers’ goals in mind Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Business, or related field preferred 2+ years’ experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably in an international environment) Physical Requirements
