Overview
FWI is building a team to support Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) Communication Services program for the Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery (CDBG‑DR) and Community Development Block Grant for Mitigation (CDBG‑MIT). The Digital Manager will serve as the lead point of contact for all digital matters, overseeing team performance and ensuring all digital objectives and schedules are met within budget.
Work Schedule and Location This full‑time hybrid position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some onsite work in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the account or client
Build and maintain a strong, long‑lasting relationship to provide the utmost level of client service. Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day‑to‑day basis
Oversee and assist the Senior Account Executive with the overall management of the client account and prioritize workflow between team members
Ensure operational performance of the team meets or exceeds account objectives and schedules within an agreed budget or for any special project assigned by the client
Coordinate resources needed to service projects while providing the client with creative and strategic plans and ideas for the execution of the services
Manage marketing, lead ideas presentations for the client's projects, complying with time frame and budget
Manage team members’ work and perform administrative functions
Assist with client portfolio and monitor ongoing activities
Manage, review progress, and deliver client projects
Conduct frequent meetings with client and provide status feedback on their projects
Conduct a final review of the client's request to ensure it is free from errors and reflects the client's needs before delivery to the client's point of contact
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business Management, Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
7+ years of experience in a related field
Strong industry network and contacts
Knowledge of market research techniques, budgeting and reporting
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written skills in both Spanish and English
