Rosendin . This mid-senior level, full-time position is on-site in Meridian, MS, with potential travel up to 25%. What You’ll Do
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager. Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies and standards. Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact, assess scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully. Prepare a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form. Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines. Supervise the preparation of all change orders and negotiate changes on the project. Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget. Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures per company guidelines. Prepare and present change quotations to the prime client and assist in negotiating outcomes. Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager. Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, equipment rental, income/expenses) to protect the company’s interests while maintaining client relationships. Review documentation prepared by the Assistant Project Manager before submission. Represent the company in project meetings under the guidance of PM II or Sr. Project Manager. Other responsibilities as assigned within the business unit. What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Professional demeanor and appearance; ability to perform duties in a professional manner. Effective performance management skills. Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Accubid and Oracle preferred. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing requirements. Work well under pressure with a positive attitude; strong oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented. Interact effectively with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients. What You Bring To Us
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project management. Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience. Travel
Up to 25% Working Conditions
Primarily on active construction sites with varied environmental conditions. Indoor work with fluorescent lighting and air conditioning; noise level typically low to medium.
