Website Marketing Strategist
to own the corporate website and drive measurable growth through design, optimization, and performance marketing.
Position Overview
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position that merges website strategy, creative marketing, and technical execution. The successful candidate will own the client’s web platform end‑to‑end — overseeing functionality, design, optimization, and user experience — while aligning with broader marketing and sales goals.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical: capable of managing complex rebuilds and integrations while understanding how UX, SEO, and analytics come together to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily website operations, ensuring speed, security, and optimal performance.
Lead development of new websites and redesign projects, prioritizing UX/UI and mobile responsiveness.
Manage content updates, landing pages, and continuous optimization testing.
Build and refine digital lead funnels, integrating website engagement with CRM workflows and sales follow‑up.
Drive lead acquisition and conversion through creative UX pathways, A/B testing, and optimized CTAs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external developers for seamless front‑end and back‑end execution.
Maintain robust, dynamic content areas (reports, videos, forms, educational tools).
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and session flow.
Ensure cohesive integration between the website and all digital channels (email, social media, and campaigns).
Stay at the forefront of SEO, CRO, analytics, and digital lead‑generation trends to continuously improve site performance.
Qualifications
6+ years managing and optimizing performance‑driven websites.
Proven success in both front‑end and back‑end website management.
Strong background in digital lead generation and conversion funnel optimization.
Experience with A/B testing, UX design, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), Google Analytics, etc.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, and web performance metrics.
Excellent project management, communication, and vendor management skills.
Experience in the financial services or precious metals industry is a plus.
