Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products.
Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
Collaborate across cross‑functional teams, educate other associates, and adapt to business needs.
Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
Leverage digital tools for sales, experience improvement, and associate engagement.
Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, eliminate waste, and provide member service.
Act as a brand ambassador, inspire teamwork, and handle training needs.
Implement company policies, procedures, and ethics with integrity.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; identify and recommend improvement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Food Service experience.
Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
