Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, communicate effectively, and adapt to business needs. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future and seasonal production, follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving, training, and product quality with the member in mind. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist members with purchases and needs; resolve member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate, foster respectful, supportive, and team-oriented culture; help train others. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and open-door policy. Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and adapting to change.
